Inbound Debt Consultant

• Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday shift options
• Between the hours of 6am and 9pm Arizona Time

THE ROLE:

• Be available for incoming calls no cold calling!
• Consult with potential clients on debt relief options to help pay off their consumer debt
• Follow up with customers by making outbound calls and speaking to decision-makers
• Enroll qualified clients in Freedom Debt Reliefs program
• Effectively manage your schedule and lead database to ensure metrics and enrollment goals are met
• Base pay plus uncapped bonus potential

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ months experience in a call center environment
• Strong listening skills, with the ability to critically think, understand, and influence
• Being able to emphasize and show concern for our customers
• Strong understanding of debt settlement product or ability to learn quickly
• 3-6 months of recent documentation showing strong performance in a metrics-based environment
• Proven success in a fast-paced, multitasking call center environment
• Solid computer skills with experience effectively managing CRM
• The drive to succeed, but not at the clients expense
• Open to working a closing shift
