Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Loan Servicing System Administrator will be responsible for providing systems support to Loan Servicing and any other user of the Loan Servicing System, by being a consistent and positive voice. This position will be responsible for communicating and effectively troubleshooting Loan Servicing system issues, updating and maintaining specifications, and maintaining the User Security Profiles. The Loan Servicing System administrator will work closely with the Technology team and support all departments in their operational efficiency efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responding to Production requests and analysis of day-to-day system activities/issues.
  • Coordinating with Product and Business owners on new requirements.
  • Manage Reporting needs for business including configuring both internal and external reports.
  • Understanding and Implementing Change management and Control, responding to Audit requests.
  • Managing and setting up security groups in the Loan Servicing System.
  • Administering and Patching of Loan Servicing System.
  • Configuring standard documents like loan statements, late notices, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • At least four years of experience in loan servicing systems (Northridge Systems is preferred) with an understanding of the lending process and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of loan processing.
  • Professional demeanor and interaction with all customers (internal and external).
  • Effective interpersonal and communications (written and verbal) skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail while handling a high volume of work with multiple interruptions.
  • Effective project management skills and the ability to proactively problem-solve.
  • Proficient computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, any other mortgage/banking software, etc.).
  • Having Scripting (VBScript, Python, Javascript) experience is a huge plus.
  • Understanding of scripting language experience a plus.
  • Understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
  • Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
